Hi Family! I am Terry Holmes the proud eldest son of Alex and Joan Holmes. I bring visionary leadership, sales, marketing, and problem-solving to The Holmes Family - Family Caregiver Training Academy.
I have over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales in the logistics, banking, automobile, and cosmetic industries. In 2000 I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. I am also the co-author of the Holmes Family – Family Caregiver Training Program Guidebook.
It is my pleasure to be a part of your family’s caregiving journey.

Hi, I’m Katrena Holmes a caregiver advocate, educator, and passionate servant leader. I bring over 17 years of experience in ministry, healthcare, and training to my work, along with a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
As co-founder of The Holmes Family – Family Caregiver Training Academy, and author of Buying More Time, I’ve dedicated my life to helping families care well—with purpose, faith, and practical tools. Whether I’m building caregiver training programs or serving through my company SPDI, my mission is the same: to help others find clarity and confidence in their caregiving journey.
